Cleaning Schedules include the following services, but we customize your office cleaning services to your company’
s particular office’s janitorial needs.
Rest Rooms

* Clean fixtures and chrome fittings.
* Clean and refill dispensers from stock.
* Clean and disinfect toilet seats and undersides.
* Spot wash walls, partitions and doors.
* Clean mirrors and polish hardware.
* Sweep and mop floors.

Break Room

* Clean and scrub counter tops.
* Wash appliances, coffee pots, tea pots, toaster
ovens, etc.
* Clean refrigerator as needed.
* Sweep and mop floors

Hallways & Public Areas

* Wash drinking fountains.
* Dust and/or sweep stairs, landings and handrails.
* Dust or vacuum air grills.
* Vacuum carpeted areas
Office Cleaning

* Entrance Lobby
* Empty and clean waste receptacles.
* Clean entrances, lobbies and mats.
* Clean metal hardware and polish if needed.
* Clean glass entrance doors inside and out.
* Dust and clean reception area.
* Pick up and arrange any reading material in lobby.

Initial Cleaning "FREE"! Evaluate our service !

We offer the initial cleaning free to commercial clients! During that time, you can assess the quality of our
services, evaluate our crew performance and suggest any improvement to our services. After the initial cleaning
you will be required to sign a 12 month contract to continue services.  Do not ever sign for janitorial service
without trying it first— that’s Sparkle Services Commercial Cleaning standpoint.

12 Month cleaning contract required.

Invoices will be emailed on your last scheduled cleaning day of the month
and due on a net 30.
