Empty and clean waste receptacles and change liners.
Vacuum and spot clean carpeted areas.
Sweep and/or dust mop office floors.
Dust chairs,desks, tables, filing cabinets and other furniture.
Clean telephones. Dust office machines.
Dust high ledges, partitions, moldings and other
flat surfaces within reach.
Rearrange furniture to original order

We offer the initial cleaning free to commercial clients! During that time, you can assess
the quality of our services, evaluate our crew performance and suggest any improvement
to our services. After the initial cleaning you will be required to sign a 12 month contract
to continue services. Do not ever sign for janitorial service without trying it first— that’s
Sparkle Services Commercial Cleaning standpoint.
12 Month cleaning contract required.
Invoices will be emailed on your last scheduled cleaning day of the month
and due on a net 15.
