Q- I could be a new customer- How do I get an estimate?

A- The fastest way would be to call our office at 585-544-3135 or click on Estimates to the left of the
page.

Q- How many cleaners come to my home?

A- Generally, our service providers work alone, You may request an additional maid for an
additional charge. When more than one person is at the job, the quoted time -- which was given in
man hours --is lessened by the number of people. For example, if you were scheduled for a two-hour
service and two service providers are assigned to your job, the cleaning should be completed in one
hour or two man-hours

Q-Are you bonded and Insured?

A- Yes, We are bonded and Insured, Feel free to ask to see our coverage.

Q- Do I have to pay sales tax?

A- Yes, The state of New York requires us to charge an 8% Sales Tax.

Q- How do I pay for my service?

A- We gladly accept Cash, Checks- made payable to Sparkle Services or Credit cards. When
paying by credit card there will be a $4.27 processing fee.

Q- Do you offer refunds?

A- Sparkle Services does not offer any refunds period. If you are not satisfied with our service
simply call us within 24-48 hours and we will return to clean any area in question.

Q- Do you charge fuel charges?

A- Yes, Unfortunately with the high gas prices we do have to charge a fuel charge- Will be discussed
at time of booking.
