Rates & Payments

Residential

Due at time of service (cash, Check, PayPal,)
Initial cleaning requires credit card be kept on file (see Use of Credit Cards for explanation)

Commercial

Invoices are emailed on the last cleaning day of the month
Payment is net 30 days
Finance charge of $5.00 PER DAY after 30 days

Use of Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express is also accepted through the PayPal )

Sparkle Services requires that a credit card be kept on file with us at the time your initial cleaning is scheduled. Your
card will not be charged unless payment is not rendered via cash, PayPal within 24 hours of the date of service
(or an agreed upon date of payment).

PayPal

For easy payment with any major credit card or with your PayPal account.

Recurring services

Credit card or Check payment will be charged the Monday prior to the date of service.

Refunds

Please notify us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with your service. We will come back to re-clean the area in
question until you are satisfied. There are absolutely no refunds on services.
